Strategy. Planning. Projects.

I am a community conscious transformation consultant known for my partnering mindset, insatiable curiosity, professionalism, inclusivity and commitment to making a positive impact. With expertise in strategy, planning, and project management, I thrive on tackling unique challenges in our rapidly evolving world.

Collaborating with diverse stakeholders at the interface between government, business, academia and not for profit sectors, my roles have been to conceive, plan, design, cost, prioritise, and gain stakeholder support to co-create innovative and sustainable solutions.

I’m a value led and future orientated thinker. My pragmatism is a distinguishing strength that enables collaborations to bridge the gap between strategy and execution whilst balancing ambitious goals with available resources and constraints, to meet specific client needs.

In my roles as Consultant and Strategic Advisor, Program Director, Executive Director, and Business Founder, I have advised on multiple strategic plans, start-ups, organisational transformations, and commercial transactions of over $10b. I have led teams of over 200 and executed executive leadership roles on programs over $1.5b.

Earlier in my career I completed a PhD and an MBA, and I remain a dedicated educator with the privilege of teaching and mentoring our future leaders in Monash University’s MBA and STEM Doctoral Programs. I’m an Associate of the Melbourne Business School and an Honorary Fellow of Melbourne University, an institution I remain forever grateful for my growth as a scholar, my professional trajectory and my passion for driving meaningful change.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your business needs and jointly determine how JOMO Advisory can support you.
